Our Menu is a 6 week rotating seasonal Menu concurrent with the Canadian Health Food Guide with a balance of Fruits and or Vegetables served with each Snack and Lunch, a Meat or Protein Source the continuous use of Whole Wheat and Whole Grains as well as Dairy Products served with Lunch and Snacks.

Family
Style Meals

Our Centre is encouraged to serve and eat as a family style eating. Family style meals provide a learning opportunity for children by allowing each child and educators present to share a meal together. Once the food if placed on the tables, the children are encouraged to serve themselves or telling the educator present which food they would like on their plate. This allows the children to choose the food and amount they want to eat.
